Starting with an instant driving and pulsating guitar melody, ‘This Love Will Lead You On’ has an immediate appeal as the boy-girl harmonies from Pete and Laurel draw you in. Their vocals use of resounding pop melodies combines beautifully with the lo-fi yet somewhat hefty guitars. With a nostalgic 90s indie sound, exlovers are reminiscent of artists such as Teenage Fanclub, The Cure and The Dandy Warhols.
